Important Notes Before Purchase

To achieve a highly transparent appearance and long-lasting color effect, this case is made with a firmer PVC material and finished with hand-painted coloring techniques. Due to the handcrafted production process, slight paint marks, uneven color density, tiny gray dots, glue traces, mold lines, or edge marks may naturally occur and are not considered quality issues.

Transparent products may appear differently depending on lighting, background, and screen display settings. Slight color differences are normal.

The surface is coated with a transparent UV protective layer to help prevent yellowing, color fading, and dust adhesion. Please avoid contact with alcohol, perfume, or corrosive liquids, and keep away from high temperatures to protect the coating.

The noise-canceling opening is designed as an internal cavity beneath the strawberry instead of a standard through-hole, helping preserve audio performance. Due to the irregular strawberry shape, the charging port area includes a recessed cavity structure, which is part of the design and cannot be avoided.

Leaf grooves remain on the non-floral versions as part of the structural support for the coloring process. Mold lines and assembly marks along the strawberry edges or inner walls are normal production characteristics and do not affect overall appearance.

Each piece is carefully handmade, so slight variations may occur—making every item uniquely yours.

Installation Instructions:

1.Due to the firm material and uniquely shaped opening, you may notice slight gaps or areas that don’t fully align during the first installation. Simply squeeze the left and right sides of the strawberry toward the center until the gaps close and the edges fit snugly.  2.The top cover of the strawberry is relatively small in size. To prevent it from coming loose, we include a residue-free adhesive strip. Please apply the adhesive to the two ends of the top cover of your headphone case before putting on the strawberry cover. This will keep it securely in place and prevent accidental detachment.

3. After extended use, if you need to remove your headphones, simply gently pull open the edge of the strawberry case and take the headphones out. Do not forcefully pull or squeeze the case, as this may cause the components inside the headphone case to detach or damage the outer surface.
