I’m really sorry to hear you’re disappointed — I understand how frustrating this is.
I’ve checked the tracking and the delivery records. The parcel was sent to the address on your order, but delivery was attempted several times without success because the address was incomplete or incorrect. Before the parcel was destroyed, I contacted you more than once to ask you to collect it from your local post office. I didn’t receive a reply from you.
The carrier kept the parcel for a period, but once it was returned and destroyed, we were no longer able to retrieve it, reship it, or issue a refund. That’s why a refund isn’t possible in this case — not because we don’t want to help, but because the parcel no longer exists.
I’m sorry it ended this way. If you’d still like the items, I’d be happy to help you place a new order with the correct address. Please let me know how you’d like to proceed.
