- Generally, order processing time is 1-4 business days (unless during peak seasons).

Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the package and destination.
 - Free Postal Shipping: Free shipping for orders over $69 (some countries excluded).
 
Customs & Duties
- All taxes related to the product are included in the product and shipping price.
 - Customs Duties: All goods are shipped as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning the customer may need to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in the destination country.

Address Changes

Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages
- Once the package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
 - If your package is lost or stolen after being confirmed delivered, please contact the carrier directly.
 - We are not responsible for refunding shipping costs for packages returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Returned packages may incur restocking fees.
 
Order Splitting and Shipping Insurance
- We currently do not offer order splitting or shipping insurance services.
 - If you wish to receive in-stock items first, you can add a note during checkout, but this may incur additional shipping fees.
