What material are your clips made of?

All our hair clips are made from plant-based cellulose acetate, an eco-friendly renewable material derived from wood pulp. It's not only fashionable and durable but also more environmentally friendly than traditional plastics, making it an ideal choice for sustainability-conscious consumers.

Can I modify my order before it ships?

If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't yet entered the processing stage.

Will out-of-stock items be restocked?

We strive to maintain adequate product inventory. If the product you want is temporarily out of stock, you can register for a "restock notification" on the product page. We'll notify you by email as soon as the product is back in stock!

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: Typically 1-4 business days (may be extended during peak seasons)

Shipping Time:

  • Asia: 3-10 business days
  • North America: 5-15 business days
  • Europe: 5-12 business days
  • Other regions: 7-14 business days
How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination.

Free shipping for orders over $69 (some countries excluded).

Do you offer international shipping?

We provide shipping services to many countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, EU countries, and more. Please refer to our shipping policy page for specific shippable countries.

Will I need to pay customs duties?

All goods are shipped as "Delivered Duty Unpaid" (DDU), meaning customers may need to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real-time using the link in the email or by visiting 17track.net.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return guarantee, calculated from the date you receive your package.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags intact
  • Must include all original packaging, free gifts, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase required
How do I request a return?

Please do not return items without prior approval!

All returns must be pre-approved by customer service. Contact support@lemonschunks.com, and our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Which items cannot be returned?

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale, discounted, and clearance items
  • Jewelry
  • Digital products
How long do refunds take?

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the original item following the process above, and once the refund is processed, place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.

Order Cancellation

How do I cancel my order?
  • Cancellation within 24 hours: Full refund
  • Cancellation after 24 hours, before shipment: 15% cancellation fee applies
  • Shipped orders: Cannot be canceled

Other Questions

The package shows delivered but I didn't receive it?

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Wait 1-2 days (sometimes carriers mark delivery early)
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier
  3. If confirmed lost, contact the carrier directly

Please note that once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please double-check your address information before placing your order. If you discover an error, contact us immediately to make changes. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
