We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return service.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- You must submit your return request within 30 days from the delivery date of your package.
 - The item must be in its original, unused condition: unworn, unwashed, without any damage, and with all original tags (such as price tags, material tags, etc.) intact.
 - The item must include all original packaging (such as branded boxes, dust bags, etc.), free gifts, and accessories. Any damage or loss of packaging (e.g., shoe boxes, product boxes) will result in the return being declined.
 - You are required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
 
2. How to Initiate a Return
We do not provide an automatic return address. All returns must be approved in advance. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within the return period: support@lemonschunks.com.
 - Provide your order number, the details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
 - Our customer service will review your request and guide you through the next steps. Packages sent back without confirmation from customer service will not be accepted.
 
3. Non-returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized items
 - Underwear, socks, and other intimate apparel
 - Jewelry
 - Digital products
 - Sale, discounted, and clearance items
 - Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
 
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email.
 - If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. The refund will be completed within 10 business days after approval. Please note, your bank or credit card company may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
 - Original shipping and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
 - If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after receiving the approval notice, please contact us at: support@lemonschunks.com.
 
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive the desired item is to first return the original item as per the process above, and once the refund is processed, place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.
