About the Red Panda
The red panda (Ailurus fulgens) is a small arboreal mammal found in the eastern Himalayas and southwestern China. It is recognized by its reddish-brown coat, white facial markings, rounded ears, and long ringed tail.
Unlike the giant panda, the red panda belongs to its own distinct family. It is primarily adapted to forest habitats and spends much of its time climbing and moving among branches.
Design Inspiration
This brown version highlights the warm natural tones of the red panda's coat. We recreated its rounded face, characteristic white markings, pointed ears, and curious expression with layered acetate and fine printed details.
The design keeps the animal's recognizable facial proportions while adding the glossy depth of acetate. The result is a distinctive statement accessory that brings a little woodland personality to everyday hairstyles.
