Custom Hair Clip: Order & Creation Process

1. Place Your Order & Payment:

  • Add the "Custom Hair Clip" to your cart and complete your checkout.
  • The price for one custom design is $180 USD.

2. Share Your Photo & Ideas:

  • Send us a high-quality photo of the subject you'd like featured on the hair clip (such as your pet, a favorite character, or a meaningful symbol).
  • You're also welcome to include any specific preferences for style or color.

3. Design Confirmation: Digital Sketch & Color Selection

  • We'll transform your photo into a unique hair clip design and create a digital sketch.
  • All design details will be confirmed via email:
    • We'll send you the digital design sketch by email.
    • You'll also receive a digital color chart, along with professional color recommendations from our designers.
    • You can simply reply to the email to confirm the final sketch and let us know your color choice.
  • Production will begin only after we receive your email confirmation.

4. Crafting Your Unique Hair Clip

  • Once approved, we'll start handcrafting your hair clip based on the selected design and colors, with close attention to detail.
  • The production process takes approximately 14 business days to ensure high quality and craftsmanship.

5. Quality Check & Shipping

  • We perform a strict final quality check to make sure your clip is perfect.
  • It will then be carefully packaged and shipped out. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it's dispatched.

1. All Sales Are Final / No Returns or Exchanges

  • Since each piece is personalized for you, we create and deliver 2 identical hair clips per design, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Please review all design details carefully before final confirmation.

2. Total Processing Time

  • The complete process, from design confirmation to delivery, generally takes about one month, with the crafting stage accounting for approximately 14 business days.
