By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following handmade characteristics.

The puppy figure is made from soft PVC and securely attached to a PC hard shell. This construction provides stability while allowing convenient access to your AirPods.

The hard shell may fit snugly. To remove the AirPods charging case, gently push upward through the charging-port opening using a narrow object if necessary.

Because each piece is handmade, there is a small possibility of adhesive separation during shipping or long-term use (approximately 2%). If this occurs upon arrival, please contact customer support for assistance.

Do not intentionally pull apart the PVC figure and hard shell. Damage caused by forced separation is not considered a product defect.

Each puppy is individually hand-painted. Variations in color intensity, edge details, and markings are part of the handmade process and make every piece unique.

Minor paint irregularities, small surface texture variations, or subtle paint marks may occasionally occur and are considered normal characteristics of handcrafted production.

The charging-port area may show slight color variations due to the support fixtures used during the painting process. This is unavoidable and does not affect functionality.

After painting, the surface is sealed with a matte protective coating that helps resist water, dirt, and color fading.

To preserve the finish, avoid contact with alcohol, perfume, solvents, or other harsh chemicals that may damage the protective coating.
